Maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance of gutters, especially valley and in-board boundary gutters, is hugely important. Debris can otherwise accumulate, block outlets and potentially cause catastrophic leaks into the building.

Refurbishment
The project involved the strip and re-roof of the existing building, renewal of the eaves detail including a new curved-eaves feature detail, re-lining of gutters including valley gutters and appropriate weather-proofing for roof penetrations.
New Build
Working with our key client Faircloth Construction Attain BES installed the roofing and cladding building envelopes for two prime new-build sites in Croydon using CA Building Products Twin-Therm® systems.
